Are you curious about that fizzy, tangy drink everyone's been talking about? We're kicking off our winter series of our Green Living Labs with a home-brewed kombucha workshop! At this workshop, one of our own will lead you through the first and second fermentation processes so that you can learn the basics. We'll send you home with two ultra-mini batches of booch--one in the first fermentation stage, and one that is bottled and flavored. Most importantly, you'll leave with your very own SCOBY to continue brewing far after the workshop ends!
